What this service is intended to cover
When authorised, EMPIXO’s residential mortgage advice is intended to help New Zealanders with lending decisions and lending strategy, including:
Refinancing
Investment-property lending
Lending strategy
The exact scope of advice will be confirmed and published before launch. Until then, EMPIXO can support your mortgage and lending preparation and understanding through coaching and mentoring. This is education and decision support, not personalised regulated mortgage advice.
The experience behind it
Capability & Experience
Brett brings 17+ years of experience across banking and residential lending, helping New Zealanders with home ownership, lending and major financial decisions. He holds the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5), Residential Property Lending strand.
Experience and qualifications like these support EMPIXO’s capability and are a big part of why mortgage advice is expected to be the first regulated service prepared. They do not, by themselves, mean regulated mortgage advice is currently available. Personalised regulated residential mortgage advice will only begin once the appropriate licensing and/or Financial Advice Provider authorisation arrangements, adviser requirements and compliance processes are in place.
