Financial Advice: One Future Pathway Within Act
Sometimes taking action means a decision that requires personalised regulated financial advice. EMPIXO is carefully building a regulated financial advice service as a separate, clearly-bounded pathway, and it is not available yet, and it is distinct from the coaching and mentoring above.
Regulated financial advice will only become available once the appropriate qualifications, licensing and/or Financial Advice Provider authorisation arrangements, adviser requirements and compliance processes are in place. When it launches, it will have its own terms, disclosures and engagement process.

We’re Taking the Time to Build the Advice Side Properly.
EMPIXO is working toward becoming a Financial Advice Provider, subject to the appropriate New Zealand registration, licensing and regulatory requirements. We won’t be adding a launch date to any regulated service until it’s genuinely ready.
Founder Brett Cole holds the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5), Residential Property Lending strand, and brings extensive banking, lending and financial-services experience. Qualifications and experience like these support EMPIXO’s capability; regulated financial advice will only begin once the appropriate qualifications, licensing and/or Financial Advice Provider authorisation arrangements, adviser requirements and compliance processes are in place. Brett intends to work inside the future advice team himself, not as the only expert EMPIXO ever needs.
