EMPIXO does not currently provide regulated financial advice. This page is future-service architecture only. Nothing here is an active regulated service.
What will eventually appear here
When EMPIXO’s regulated financial advice service launches, this page will set out the Financial Advice Terms & Conditions that apply to that service, including:
The scope of the regulated financial advice relationship and how it begins
The rights and responsibilities of EMPIXO and the client under a regulated advice engagement
How the advice service relates to, but remains separate from, EMPIXO coaching and mentoring
Limitations, governing law and how the terms may change
The final information will be published here before EMPIXO begins providing regulated financial advice. No regulatory, adviser, Financial Advice Provider, fee, commission or dispute-resolution details have been finalised or published yet.
Regulated financial advice will only become available once the appropriate licensing and/or Financial Advice Provider authorisation arrangements are completed. Until then, EMPIXO’s current client service remains Financial Coaching & Mentoring, which is separate from regulated financial advice.
